Twitter is down

I woke up this morning and I began to go through my morning ritual of reading the same websites.  One of those websites is twitter, and it is down, I didn’t even get a fail whale, just a “Cannot display this web page” from Firefox.  I tried Tweetdeck and that is failing to connect as well.  I am experiencing this problem in Connecticut
